Ingredients

4 leaf lettuce mix

Feta cheese crumbles

Toasted slivered almonds

Seasonal berries

Direction

Whisk equal parts of olive oil and white balsamic in a small bowl with either a bar whisk or fork until they are blended well together. In a large bowl, place mixed greens and seasonal berries, then toss with the mixture of oil & vinegar. Top that off with toasted almonds evenly on lettuce and finish by sprinkling feta cheese over the whole salad and serve. Enjoy!
