Homemade Hot Chocolate

3 1/2 cups Vanilla Sugar

2 1/4 cups cocoa

1/2 cup powdered milk

1 tablespoon salt

Mix all the ingredients well, either in a Ziploc plastic bag or in a bowl and transfer to a sealable

container. Use 2 tablespoons for every 8 ounces of hot water.

Yield: 50 servings
