Suggested Uses

Use Mediterranean Spice Rub to coat lamb, chicken or beef. Combine with olive oil and use as a marinade. Its herb and garlic characteristics make it a natural fit for focaccia, stuffed peppers, potato dishes and slow braised dishes. For a fine dining quality vinaigrette, combine with oil, red wine vinegar and a touch of dijon.
