Recipe: 1890 Wild Rice

Ingredients

• 2 ½ C 1890 Wild Rice Blend

• ¼ C onions, diced

• 3tbs 1890 Tuscan Herb Olive oil

• 2 cloves minced garlic

• 4 C vegetable stock

• ½ tsp 1890 Kashmiri Saffron Curry Seasoning

Instructions

• In pot add Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, heat on medium heat, once hot

• Add onion and cook until they are translucent

• Add garlic and cook 2 additional minutes, finally

• Add rice and Kashmiri curry seasoning and sauté for 1-2 minutes

• Add vegetable stock and bring to boil

• Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer and cover pot

• Cool 35- 40 minutes, then start to watch for doneness

• DO NOT STIR OR TOUCH, once cooked fluff with a fork and place in bowl
