Recipe

Our no-salt seasonings capture the essence of food flavor without adding unwanted salt. This mildly

spicy blend carries chile peppers, bell peppers, onions, garlic and a light mixture of herbs to bring out

foods natural appeal.

• Perfect for enhancing cold salads, hot rice and potato dishes and sauces

Salt Free Stove Top Popcorn

1/4 cup popping corn

2 tablespoons canola oil

2 teaspoons Organic No-Salt Spicy Seasoning

Heat a 2 quart pot over medium high heat on a stove top. Add the canola oil and wait 30 seconds to

add the corn. When the corn is in the pot place the lid on and gently swirl the pot every few seconds.

As the popping begins shake the pot more until the popping ends. Remove the popped corn to a

large bowl and toss with Organic No-Salt Spicy Seasoning to coat evenly.
